    Casey Spinelli, MD

    Dr. Casey Spinelli is a neurosurgery resident with Corewell Health based in Royal Oak, MI. He is currently a Complex and Minimally-Invasive Spine Fellow at Swedish Neuroscience Institute in Seattle, WA. He completed his medical degree in 2021 at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, followed by an internship in neurological surgery at Tulane University/Ochsner Clinic Foundation from 2021 to 2022. Prior to medical school, Dr. Spinelli competed as a 4-year varsity football letterman for the Tulane University NCAA D1 Green Wave. His clinical focus includes minimally invasive approaches to degenerative, deformity, and oncologic spine surgery, and he has given lectures both locally and internationally on this topic.
