Dr. Tiffany Grace Perry is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. She completed her residency training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine, followed by two advanced spine fellowships: an enfolded spine orthopaedic fellowship at Duke University Medical Center and a complex spine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
After completing her fellowship training, Dr. Perry remained on faculty at the Cleveland Clinic for a few years before joining Cedars-Sinai. Her clinical practice focuses on complex spinal pathology, including spinal tumors, cervical myelopathy, and revision spine surgery.
In addition to her clinical and academic roles, Dr. Perry earned a Master’s degree in Global Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating in 2025, further advancing her commitment to health equity and sustainability in international healthcare systems.
Dr. Perry has a longstanding passion for international medicine and global surgical education. She founded the Cedars-Sinai Global Spine Surgery Mission to Uganda, where she leads multidisciplinary teams to Mbarara to provide surgical care and train local surgeons in advanced spine techniques. The mission team includes physical therapists, surgical technologists, clinical nurses, pain management physicians, and neurosurgery residents. Dr. Perry continues to work toward expanding Cedars-Sinai’s global spine outreach efforts, with a focus on sustainable capacity building and long-term partnerships.
