Ashel Chelsea Dsouza, MBBS, is a Graduate Student and Clinical Researcher at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Research. Her work focuses on clinical outcomes in neurosurgery and the application of machine learning and artificial intelligence to optimize surgical triage and patient care. She graduated in the top 10% of her medical school class at Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute and has served as a Research Fellow at the Department of Neurosurgery, PMSSY. Outside of her academic and clinical pursuits, she is a former state-ranked badminton player and a Trinity College London-certified keyboard player.
