    Raised in San Antonio, Texas, I embarked on a journey in medicine by attending medical school at UTHealth Houston’s McGovern Medical School. My passion for anatomy and biomechanics led me to specialize in orthopedic surgery, where I am currently completing my residency at Houston Methodist Hospital. I will begin a spine fellowship at Cedars-Sinai in 2026. My professional interests focus on advancing spine surgery during this current transition period of emerging enabling technologies and improving patient outcomes.
