    Whitney E. Muhlestein, MD

    Whitney E Muhlestein, MD is a fellow in peripheral nerve surgery at the University of Utah. She is originally from Southern California and did her undergraduate work at Harvard College before attending medical school at Vanderbilt University. She had the distinct honor of being trained by Dr. Lynda Yang as a neurosurgery resident at the University of Michigan, which is where she fell in love with peripheral nerve surgery and especially neonatal brachial plexus palsy. She is continuing her fellowship training under the guidance of Dr. Mark Mahan.
