Cheng-Yu Li, MD, is an attending neurosurgeon and spine specialist in the Department of Neurosurgery at Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan. He also serves as a faculty member and investigator in spinal surgery and spine research, with a clinical focus on minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal deformity, traumatic spinal injury, and complex spinal reconstruction.

Dr. Li received his medical degree from Chang Gung University College of Medicine and completed his neurosurgical residency training at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. He has been actively involved in clinical research and academic teaching, with particular interests in image-guided spine surgery, osteoporotic spinal fixation, cervical deformity , and perfusion-based assessment of spinal cord injury.
