    Danyal Quraishi is a 4th year medical student at the Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He received his Bachelor of Science at the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in Neuroscience and Applied Statistics. Between medical school and undergrad, Danyal worked as a Data Science consultant at Incyte Pharmaceuticals. He now performs research and data analysis under Dr. Ahilan Sivaganesan as a collaboration between Thomas Jefferson University and Hospital for Special Surgery at Naples to investigate true intraoperative costs of neurosurgical procedures using time-driven activity-based costing. Danyal will be applying for Neurosurgery residency during the 2026-2027 academic year.
